Return Policy for RockCraft

Returns
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, the product tags must be intact and attached to the product.
Exclusions
- Damaged or used products will not be accepted for return.
- We do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or during promotional events unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at [care@rockcraft.in](mailto:care@rockcraft.in) within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping charges.Β
- Product Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for return, we will proceed with the refund process.
- Refund Initiation: Refunds will be initiated within 5 working days of receiving the returned item and completing the inspection. The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Replacement
Size or color replacements are subject to availability. If the requested size or color is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
